Yes..the very first page dedicated to all the Taiwan IRC opers. They are listed under which organisation servers' they have o-line to. I'm still trying very hard to get everybody listed..if you are an oper and not listed under here or you have a homepage which you want to add a link to ..please drop a note, okie?
